Осуществляет производственную деятельность по ремонту нефтяного оборудования, сварочным работам по наплавке твердосплавного материала, изготовлению и аренде бурового инструмента, сервису по ловильному сопровождению. Инспекция и полное обслуживание трубной продукции, производство и восстановление немагнитных УБТ, немагнитных стабилизаторов. Производство резидента оснащено современным оборудованием: станками с числовым программным управлением, трубонарезным станком, участками инспекции и сварки.

Сервисные услуги по ремонту нефтедобывающего оборудования (ремонт установок для добычи нефти – электрические центробежные насосы), в том числе сервисное сопровождение эксплуатации оборудования на месторождениях.

Основным видом деятельности резидента «Лидер-М» является установка в насосно-компрессорные и линейные трубы (НКТ) тонкостенной вставки–лейнера. Установка выполняется на уникальной технологической линии, монтаж которой осуществлялся самим резидентом. Материал вставки-лейнера - нержавеющая сталь, коррозионная стойкость лейнера значительно превышает аналогичные показатели легированных НКТ при отсутствии дополнительных требований к резьбам и сохранении прочностных характеристик трубы, в связи с чем многократно возрастает ресурс НКТ.
